First the centre section join was cut off –

Then the cat join was cut off to open the cat up to a 2.5" exit -

The original join is very restrictive at about 1" diamiter -

Cat back in place -

Lined up and welded -

Fully welded and ready to go back on -

Back on the car -

My first major observation when driving home was how much smoother the car felt thoughout the rev range. I would never go back to a decat.
